What is a Patient Education & Awareness Program?

These are targeted communications to MedAdvisor patients with a specific disease or condition aimed at providing education and awareness to help patients seek out appropriate treatment for their condition.

MedAdvisor works with industry partners and NGOs to deliver this information through direct-to-patient communications and help improve patient health.

Program overview

This sponsored program aims to raise awareness of the option for patients to reuse their Respimat inhaler device for up to 6 months by requesting just a refill cartridge for repeat prescriptions, instead of getting a new inhaler with every prescription.

The program consists of 2 messages.

When?

From late October to mid-November 2022, eligible patients will receive 2 messages over 3 weeks. 

For which patients?

Messages will be sent via the app to people who have had 3 or more dispenses of a medication delivered by a Respimat device in the past 12 months.
