These are targeted communications to MedAdvisor patients with a specific disease or condition aimed at providing education and awareness to help patients seek out appropriate treatment for their condition. 

MedAdvisor works with industry partners and NGOs to deliver this information through direct-to-patient communications and help improve patient health.

Program overview

This sponsored program aims to provide education and awareness of the CNSDose pharmacogenetics test that can help reduce medication trial-and-error for people being treated for anxiety and depression. 

The program consists of 2 messages.

When?

Message 1 - 27 March 2023 
Message 2 - 11 April 2023 

For which patients?

This program will be delivered via the app to people who have had more than 2 different antidepressant medications dispensed in the past 12 months.
